I was born and raised in Grand Rapids and have been working with buyers and sellers throughout Itasca County since earning my real estate license in 2000. With more than two decades of experience, I bring deep local knowledge, practical insight, and a steady approach to every transaction.
Growing up here, I’ve spent my life on the lakes and in the woods of Itasca County as an avid hunter and fisherman. Through years of owning and operating an ice company, I developed a strong business foundation, financial insight, and a solid understanding of investment properties. I’ve also built a strong network of trusted local contacts across the buying, selling, and remodeling process, which allows me to be a valuable resource for my clients well beyond the transaction.
My knowledge of the Northwoods extends beyond primary residences and is especially helpful for second homes, lake properties, acreage, recreational land, and commercial real estate. My firsthand experience helps clients evaluate shoreline quality, land use, access, and long-term value with confidence.
I’ve been fortunate to be a consistent multi-million-dollar sales agent, and I continue to grow my business through strong relationships, repeat clients, and referrals. I pride myself on being approachable, responsive, and committed to helping my clients make informed decisions.
I’m also actively involved in the community and enjoy spending time outdoors with my wife, Mandy, and our two children, Kiera and Alex.
