• Contact and inquiry details submitted through forms (including Contact, Contact an Agent, buyer/seller resources, and property detail requests), which may include first name, last name, email address, phone number, and message content.

• Registration or verification details if you create an account, subscribe to updates, or request listing alerts.
• Communications you send by email, phone, text, or through the Site.

Information collected automatically

Property listings displayed on the Site may come from MLS / IDX data feeds. Listing content is provided for consumer convenience and may change without notice. MLS participants and data providers may have their own rules and privacy requirements regarding listing display and use. Listing information should be independently verified.

6. Cookies and Analytics

The Site may set cookies or similar technologies that are necessary for basic operation (for example, remembering a search or keeping a page working as expected) and cookies used to measure traffic and improve the Site.
