Overview
I grew up in the Grand Rapids area and feel fortunate to have been able to move back to this community in 2008. I am passionate about the needs and goals of my clients, and I specialize in bringing peace of mind to buyers and sellers during what can be one of the largest financial transactions of their life. I believe strongly that it is not only my duty to represent my clients, but to also educate them through every step of the process. In my 11 years of working in this industry, I am very thankful for the friendships I have gained with clients that extend long after the final closing. In 2013 I listed a lake property with Molly Tulek which evolved into a very long and complicated sale. If your looking to work with an agent who is very well organized and has they're act together, get a hold of Molly. We relocated to Grand Rapids for work and were on a somewhat tight schedules to get into a house. Molly made time for us around our busy schedules, and didn't waste our time looking at a bunch of houses we wouldn't have liked. Honestly, I don't remember walking into a single house and wondering why she brought us there. We told her what we were looking for and she worked very hard to find and show us houses that fit what we were looking for. You can tell right away that this isn't just a side job for her, she is very dedicated and extremely professional. This is my 4th move and Molly was by far the best realtor that I've worked with.

I have worked with Molly Tulek several times as both a buyer and a seller. First off I need to state how fun she makes the entire home buying/selling experience. We have never laughed so much while making such life changing decisions. Beyond that, Molly is an outstanding Real Estate agent with more patients than anyone I have ever worked with. I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, staying active with community involvement and events, and I love a great country music playlist or live concert.
Camping, fishing, boating, snowmobiling, and seeking adventure in the outdoors are at the top of my "fun list", but a good cup of coffee and conversation is a close 2nd.

I have 11 years of experience working with buyers and sellers. I started my real estate career working in the relocation department at the corporate office of a large real estate company in Edina, MN. I have experience in the industry, and I know our local market very well, but I am also up to date with real estate trends at a State and National level. I am passionate about this industry and enjoy working with both first time home buyers and experienced investors.
