Northern Minnesota has always held a special place in my heart. Growing up in the Twin Cities, I spent countless weekends visiting my grandparents in Cloquet - creating memories that made the area feel like a second home. In 1999, my husband and I made the move to Cloquet with our growing family, expecting it to be a five year adventure before returning south. More than 23 years later, we're still here - and we wouldn't have it any other way.

Our family quickly fell in love with everything this region has to offer: hiking wooded trails, snowshoeing fresh powder, summer days on the water, fall golf rounds, and even maple syrup season with family and friends. What began as a favorite place to visit has become the place we proudly call home.
