Being native to the “edge of the wilderness” area, an avid outdoorsman, and knowing so many great people in the beautiful Northwoods has given me unique and powerful insight into the local real estate market and all that it has to offer. I’ve had great life experiences serving in our armed forces, raising kids, building log homes/cabins, coaching high school athletics, volunteering in Lions club, VFW, American legion, being a Realtor as well as built and a prior owner of a local sporting goods store-motel and they have all led me to love working with people and cultivate a respected reputation.
The best decision I made, was in 2005, to get my realtor/broker license and establish Edge of the Wilderness Realty in 2007. I pride myself on being a good listener to clients’ needs and being dedicated to hard work, good communication and transparency which has helped me become a local industry leader in sales and establish a reputation as a respected, knowledgeable and innovative real estate agent throughout challenging and changing markets.
When not working, you may find me with family or friends out on one of our snowmobile or ATV trails, cruising out on the lake while taking in a summer’s sunset, taking a sauna or trying to lower my handicap at one of our beautiful area golf courses.
I love what I do and specialize in knowing the many beautiful lakes and forested lands north of Grand Rapids. I enjoy encouraging and mentoring new agents and being energized by my family, friends, colleagues and clients.
